Our size chart is based on the garment being laid flat (as opposed to being measured around the body). We always suggest you to compare the measurements with similar garments you own before purchasing! Also if the product fits slim or loose, that information will be stated in the product description.

I live halfway across the earth from Canada, can I still order from your website?
Of course! We want to see the world wearing our stuff! As this is one of our main mantras, we ship internationally. It just might take a while, so order NOW! Our standard international shipping includes tracking for most major countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we can make a custom arrangement for you.
I can't wait to wear your stuff! How soon can I get my hands on my order? What if I want my product as soon as tomorrow?!
That might be possible! We try to ship out most of our orders within 1 week after they've been placed (unless otherwise specified). Some products will take longer than others, but each product will have an estimated shipping period in its description page. Some local customers have received their products as soon as the next day. The hustle is strong! You can thank us later.
Shut up and take my money! I know you guys can't really take cash… So what payment methods do you accept?
We know that some people are hesitant to shop online, so we made sure to use one of the most secure payment methods around: Paypal. With this method, we are able to accept all credit cards, and you don't even need to make a Paypal account to do it!
What's the deal with customs and taxes? What extra charges might I have to pay?
This depends solely on the customs and taxes of your country, but we charge a provincial sales tax for every order within Canada.
I hate shopping online because of all the shipping charges! How do I deal with expensive shipping?
We hate shipping charges as well, probably more than you do. But alas, this is an unavoidable drawback of online shopping. We suggest talking to your friends and combining your orders into one as an easy way to balance out shipping costs.
What do I do with a defective product if I have received one? If, by chance, I find myself in this unlikely scenario?
If you somehow receive a defective product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate you. Our policy is to send out a replacement product if the fault is ours. In order to avoid purchasing a product that does not fit you, please refer to our size chart above and compare it to similar products you own.
I know you want to make sure I love your products, so in case I need to exchange or return anything, what’s your policy?
As long as the items are in sellable condition (they’re completely unworn/unwashed/unblemished in any way), we can definitely accept exchanges/returns! Send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get this sorted out with you. After we receive the item(s) you want to exchange, we’ll send you the new item(s) free of charge, and we’ll even refund the original amount you paid for shipping! If you just want to return something, we’ll fully refund your initial payment. We want all of you to know that your satisfaction is our top priority, and that you don’t need to worry about buying the wrong size because we got you covered!
Just a note – it’s possible that we won’t have your requested size in stock right away, so we’ll let you know when you can expect your replacement item.
NOOO! Some of the products I really wanted are sold out! What do I do? Has the end finally come?!
First of all, take a deep breath. Everything will be okay. If a product is sold out, we will send a newsletter and reach out on social media when the item has been restocked. Keep an eye out and follow/like/subscribe/stalk us to stay updated! You can also send us an email to let us know what size you're looking for.
Oh no, I got stinky and dirty while wearing your clothes all of the time! How do I best wash your products?
Most of our products are laundry-safe, so if you don't want to accidentally ruin your Pink City merchandise, please refer to the tag inside the garment for specific washing instructions - if there are any restrictions they will be listed there. Luckily, the quality of our products guarantees you to never have to worry about them fading. But because these are high quality designer items, please avoid throwing them into any machines (especially the dryer).
I don't internet, do you have a store that I can visit in person to check out your products?
We are currently being carried by the clothing store Untitled&Co (438 Queen St. West), and the gaming store A&C Games (452 Spadina Ave.), both located in Toronto. We're always looking out for potential opportunities to work with more retailers and distributers.
